Disclosure Filings

Disclosure Filings provide filing notification and disclosure information for a specific issue. To find a disclosure filing, enter the 8 to 9-digit issue CUSIP plus F, and click Go.
Example: 458840X9F.

Filings include:

Official statements
Financial statements
Material events

When an issue contains a disclosure filing, the term "Disclosure" appears in the list of available features, and is shaded green, yellow, or red, depending upon the type of disclosure:

	Indicates that current annual financial information has been filed (or is exempt from the requirement to file), and, no material events have occurred within the past three months.
	Indicates that current financial information has been filed and at least one material event or has occurred within the past three months.
	Indicates that the issuer has not filed financial information by the specified date.
